The house is fully protected from the heat outside by complete sealing at a height of 12 feet ,so we call it as naturally air conditioned.The main house has 32 windows and 35 large doors for free passage of air and light.

We are also the first to use green energy .Sona epito-mises gracious living and offers great value for money, located at a straight distance of 1KM on the north from the state bus stand and 1.30KM from boat jetty very near to the lake

Here the guests can see beautiful scenary of backwaters,green fields,country boats,house boats,inland fishing etc.The premises have many tress like mango,tamarind,jackfruit trees,egg fruit,banana plants,custard apple,coconut trees,guava,lemon,cinnamon,curry leaf etc.Flower plants are jasmine,bougainvillea,anthurium,hibiscus,etc.

All the rooms are furnished with cane and teakwood chairs ,cane setty chair etc. 15cm soft beds are provided in all rooms .Rooms are maintained neat,clean,tidy and perfumed

The availability of various kinds of fruit trees and plants in the premises attract different kinds of birds for other places

Luxurious 200 sqft rooms attached with special baths with hot and cold water.The building is pleasant to the eyes as most part of it is built in rose and teak wood on the traditional architecture style
